A few years ago I embarked on the 21 Day Fix journey. It has been, and continues to be my favorite workout program. I’m about a week into it at the moment, so I thought I would share the bullet journal spread I’m using to document my journey.
Here is a look at one of the spreads. There is also a week two and a week three, but I didn’t post them because they are just about identical to this one.

This is the calorie range that I fall under, according to the meal planning guide.
After drawing the boxes out I had this large space to the left, so I wrote in the week and the date.
This is where I’m going to keep a list of my meals.
These boxes will be filled in throughout the day, and they represent the different color containers. And of course, I listed the days’ workout at the bottom too!
