Fossil Rachel Satchel Unboxing

A few years back I first laid eyes on the Fossil Sydney Satchel. I thought, “Cute bag, but I don’t like my purses to zip closed.” And here we are a few years later, and I am obsessed with finding this Fossil bag because it is the perfect size for me, and I NEED a purse that zips closed! I see so many people posting their Sydney Satchel on Instagram, but it seems to evade me  🙁  Enter, the Fossil Rachel Satchel, my new purse.

Since I can’t seem to get my hands on one, I searched out the best alternative. My obsession became finding the similarities of the Sydney, with the Ratchel and the Fiona Satchel. I finally decided on the Ratchel, and I absolutely LOVE it! I am still searching for a Sydney, because these purses are absolutely beautiful and the zipper makes getting into these bags completely functional. But in the mean time, I am truly enjoying my Ratchel. I’m only 4’11”, so it is the perfect size for me. And although I can stuff this bag with tons of planner goodness, I don’t, because it would be far too heavy to carry everywhere.

If you find that you missed the Sydney train like me, be sure to head over to Fossil for the Ratchel Satchel, because they seem to be getting harder to find as well!
